On today’s episode host Abe Thompson sits down with Liz Groothof Croddy, a linguistics teacher and member of the Zonta Club of the Pikes Peak area. For those not familiar with Zonta, the international program helps inspire and advance the status of women around the globe. Liz speaks about how both the international and Pikes Peak chapter and specifically focusing on helping women in education and in STEM and engineering fields better themselves and their careers. She also shares a fun fact with listeners regarding Amelia Earhart and Zonta. She also speaks on the board's extreme passion towards putting an end to human trafficking and protecting the rights of women worldwide.
