In this episode, I chat with dietitian Robyn Johnson. Robyn is a dietitian, nutritionist and a functional medicine skin expert.
Her passion of using food and lifestyle as medicine found her after a personal battle and triumph with psoriasis.
Robyn specialises in helping women address the root cause of skin & hormonal struggles & believes you deserve to feel GOOD in your skin all month long. Robyn runs a virtual private practice and is the creator of The Clear Skin Lab online acne program. She also recently launched a hydration powder called RAYVI to help make mineral intake easier for all.
In today’s podcast episode, we talk about pimples and acne, the different types of acne, face mapping, nutrition and acne, dairy and acne, mineral cocktails and vitamin A.
