Friar Phil Ley explains the mission of Posada Guadalupe in San Antonio, Texas, a shelter for young men in their late teens who fled gang violence and other dangers in Central America, but have now aged out of juvenile detention centers here in the United States. In cooperation with the courts and local authorities, Fr. Phil's program helps the residents as they go to school, work, and apply for permanent residency here in the US.
