You may be familiar with the term “identity crisis”, which refers to when one’s sense of self is challenged.
Although the expression has been minimized through mainstream media, the truth is that many of us will experience reincarnations or rebirths of our sense of self throughout our lives. And it’s not bad. It’s not wrong. It’s growth.
Undergoing massive change or trauma can all cause us to question our sense of self-identity. For example: following the loss of a partner, an individual may question who they are without their loved one.
Once we recognize that we are actually the creators of our self-identity empowers us to embrace the pause between places - so we can dive deep and reclaim our new sense of self.

It’s not about adopting a new persona and playing a role. Reclaiming your self-identity is about dropping all assumptions about who you were and who you should be now and aligning with your truest self in its divine form.
