Downtown Lee's Summit is about to get a new restaurant — Calavaras. Josh and Lanni Edwards, owners of Smoke Brewing Co. and Calavaras dropped by the studio to talk about the new concept and the food they plan to bring to the community. Oh, and they talked about these amazing empanadas, but didn't bring any to share. What gives?
