The pattern of new thinking will take time. We never really arrive, but instead spend a lifetime leaning forward into this new way of thinking, regularly assessing to make sure we’re on track. When negative thoughts emerge, we need to take them captive and replace them with new thoughts. And over time, we’ll develop new pathways for fresh, healthy thoughts to flow with ease.
