Alex Aberdale found himself at 550 pounds and suffering from health problems like diabetes. The difference here unlike many of my guests Alex didn't hit this size in his 30s or 40s, he was 18 years old. He knew that he was in a battle for his life and now at the age of 24 he's down to 307 pounds and has found his will to live. Alex not only has goals for himself but wants to inspire others with his journey. I have no doubt this young man can teach us all some important lessons!
