In 1922, Rudolph “Dorchen” (Little Dora) Richter became one of the first identifiable recipients of gender confirmation surgery at the institute, requesting an orchiectomy. Hirschfeld initially advised against sexual reassignment surgeries, but later came to support them as a way to prevent suicide among trans patients. Dr. Magnus Hirschfeld was a gay Khazarian Jew physician who practiced the Talmud and believed his sexology would help bring in their Jewish messiah.

The justification for bringing about a push for human intervention on sexual perversion comes straight from the works of Helena Blavatsky who said their plan is to use the perversion against the typical family and destroy it.
