Have you been searching high and low for the perfect mentor who could FINALLY help you connect the dots on your career? 'Find a mentor' is popular advice in the personal development world, but I would argue there are several relationships you can develop that can have WAY more impact in helping you reach your goals. In this episode, I reveal why I stopped searching for a mentor and instead, set an intention to develop connections that would help me make real progress.
