Complacency - "Feeling of contentment often combined with a lack of awareness of IMPENDING TROUBLE!" 

Don't be clueless, this disease can and will kill you! This week we talk about the dangers of complacency. How do we spot it? How can we stay out of it? How do we get out of it if we're already there? It's hard but we have to break up with the excuses that keep us in our complacency and be honest with ourselves!
