The Snowfall Meditation

A recent epic snowfall in my area sparked the idea for this weeks episode of the podcast. I’m back with another guided imagery style meditation but this time its winter themed. I went to a park near me and filmed a video to go along with the meditation also which can be seen with the YouTube version.
