Today on the show, welcome back to Dr. Kyle Klute. A long time friend, colleague, mentor, and another Omaha based optometrist. We had a really great conversation about our identity, both as people and as eye doctors. We talked about how this identity shapes what we believe about what we can do in the profession and how this identity will help us think of ourselves as not "just" optometrists. Understanding who we are is the basis of every choice we make both in life and in business.

About our guest today:
Dr. Klute received his optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and then completed additional training at a Veteran’s Medical Center in Battle Creek, Michigan. He then worked at an ocular disease referral center exclusively managing sight-threatening conditions of the eye. Now, he brings that wealth of knowledge and experience to primary care striving to identify these sight-threatening conditions earlier before they manifest into life-altering situations. Originally from the small town, Hampton, in south-central Nebraska, Dr. Klute strives to bring that small town, personable experience to health care.
