#19 - Multi-Award Winning Filmmaker/Director, Adam Jones

We're back at it and the guest are pouring in! It was awesome to speak with Adam Jones on today's episode. In addition to winning Lions, Clios, FWA, Tellys, and Addys for commercial advertising, short films, and web-series, Adam Jones directed the feature documentary, Fish & Men, about the US fishing industry and our human relationship with the ocean premiered in 2020 winning numerous festival awards and continues to gain momentum. Adam started his career in as a Production Designer, developing and eye for style, color, composition, and decor which he took with him deep into his 20+ year directing career.

We discuss comedy in commercials, working with athletes and non-talent, what it takes to make excellent commercials and how to win clients when you are competing against so many other people. It's a wild ride we are certain you will appreciate and learn a lot from
