Copy, recite, embrace, study the teachings of Buddhism. More to the point, reciting the Daimoku AND Gongyo is the primary practice. Second is Study, fore with study develops confidence and resolve. Thirdly, copy, write passages that inspire and offer you INSIGHT. Write down those insights. Use a journal, a diary or a simple writing pad. Commiting an insight, a quotation, a simile to paper is a very effective way of self-teaching and ingraining a valuable insight into our lives.
