Episode 7: Timelines

On this Episode, I discuss the notion of Timelines - how we can shift Timelines and what is needed to do so successfully! 

In my experience, it can be broken down very easily:

1) We have to feel safe/reduce fear of shifting timelines

2) There is a loud and obvious origin point/catalyst that prompts us into action

3) We need to have a consistent environment (and love from relationships/community) that supports this new timeline so that we do not revert back to an old version of ourselves.

Bonus Point - actively reminding ourselves that we are in a new timeline to acknowledge the work and sacrifice we have put into ourselves and the life we are creating.
