As they circle back to reviewing Highlander: The Animated Series, Kevin and Norman take a deeper look at the next two episodes in the series line-up: The Valley of the Thorn Pods and Fallout. Much to their surprise, Kevin and Norman have been growing more fond of Highlander the Animated series with each and every episode. So they decided to continue their journey with Highlander: The Animated Series with this FIRST part of a special TWO-PART retrospective of FOUR animated episodes. Kevin and Norman consider these Highlander: The Animated Series episodes as "New Highlander" for them, because they are both watching this for the very first time together!

The ultimate fight between good and evil continues as Quentin, Don Vincente Marino Ramirez, Clyde and Gaul seek out the Quickenings of the surviving Jettators which will allow Quentin to destroy Kortan, save the human race and restore peace to the world.
