We talk about Taz's views on leadership and Taz strongly believes that the role of leading teams needs to change. From encouraging leaders to allow employees to use social media for positive purposes such as talking positively about their employers and also empowering teams to have an opinion, all of this is underpinned by truly getting to know your employees and understand their primary motivating factors.
