Joined by Verónica Guijas Gento, Dr. J interviews the director of the Instituto Cervantes in Hamburg, Pedro Eusebio Cuesta as well as Víctor Gonzales Sanches, professor in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the National University of Distance Education in Madrid, Spain.
