Incremental Gainz #7 - Charlie Bowling

In this episode I sat down with British wrestler Charlie Bowling from Wigan, Charlie competed at his first Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in 2018 and came home with a bronze medal. He is coached by Derek Rowlands at Aspull Warriors Wrestling Club as well as volunteering as a coach the facility. He works with numerous MMA, wrestling and jiu jitsu clubs around the North West of England passing on his knowledge and technique to help people improve.
