Kat has spent her life studying and researching the power of our minds and bodies which took her through different aspects of human health and wellbeing. Her calling was always the same – to help herself and others live a healthy and fulfilling life and she has approached this mission in various different ways, from working in fitness industry, to privately studying psychology, nutrition and most recently spirituality and emotional health. 

 

After many years of living her life in a certain pattern, she didn’t notice how she was unconsciously creating her life in a way that wasn’t serving her happiness or fulfillment. she would work her backside off, trying to get to this imaginary goal, never fully hitting the mark and sacrificing her own wellbeing in the process through over-working, people-pleasing and not trusting her own intuition. When she hit her rock bottom, Kat finally came to realize she needed help and chose to seek help of a hypnotherapist. You could say the rest is history! It’s a beautiful story of miracles, magic as well as some heart breaks and much needed healing, that led her down the path of discovering the world of Spirit and Kat’s own spiritual skills of psychic mediumship and angelic connection.
