This photo-documentary pays tribute to the legions of professional responders and volunteers dedicated to animal welfare and to the noble, yet frequently maligned, pit bull. Mike Bizelli is a veteran photographer and photojournalist with a long history of working for the betterment of animals. Mike started Bizelli Photography in August 1995. In the fall of 1999 he documented his first animal rescue, a sub-standard puppy mill near St. Louis, for the Humane Society of Missouri. Mike started contracting with the ASPCA in 2010. Together for these agencies Mike has documented over 100 animal rescues of one sort or another. ~ Thank You All for tuning in!~
