Present moment or mindfulness meditation is the style of meditation we explore this week. The focus of this style of meditation is to completely immerse yourself in the present moment and try not to be pulled into the past or the future by the fluctuations of the mind. Notice the sounds around you, feelings in the body, observe thoughts as they arise, do not cast judgement, and just experience true presence.
