Welcome back to episode 17 where I talk to Simone Maier, one of New Zealand's best adventure racers and multiple champion of the Coast-to-Coast. We catch up about how GODZONe and Coast went earlier in the year before having a really honest and raw conversation around the significant struggles Simone has overcome with mental illness and disordered eating.
