Dr. Keehoon Lee, a postdoctoral scholar at the Pathogen and Microbiome Institute at Northern Arizona University, presents research on the microbial composition of upper and lower CF airways in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. He highlights the relationship between microbiome composition and host response, such as specific gene expressions and their functions in disease control. This presentation was part of CFRI's Virtual 34th National CF Education Conference on August 1, 2021.
