Have you ever been told that you’re not welcome in church because of your demographic or your community? Have you ever been told that you’re outside of God’s love because of how you identify? Tragically, Christians have often been guilty of marginalizing and excluding entire social groups, sometimes citing certain verses of Scripture for justification. But as we’ll explore in today’s sermon, Jesus rejects this kind of exclusion and the weaponization of Scripture that empowers it. Instead, Jesus shows us a better way. Join us as we conclude our series, ‘Inclusive Like Jesus.’
