This week's guest refuses to be confined to one distinct category. Taylor Evernden is the owner and director of ORKA Performance in Calgary, AB, Canada. Previously, he served as the Head of Sport Science and Strength & Conditioning for the Calgary Foothills Soccer Club, where he oversaw the athletic development of U12-18 teams, as well as the W League and USL PDL. In addition to his extensive experience in athletic performance, Taylor has a keen interest in ACL rehabilitation and general return-to-sport rehab.
