Excess Skin and Skin Removal Myths and Misconceptions DEBUNKED!!

Episode 42 is about debunking the top 5 myths and misconceptions surrounding excess skin after extreme weight loss as well as skin removal surgery. After a post about Jacqueline's skin removal journey on her legs went viral on Instagram and TikTok many comments came in surrounding her legs, skin, and surgery. This is not the first time that Jacqueline has received comments that are just flat out not true in regards to excess skin or skin removal. We thought it was time to sit down and discuss why we feel that these comments are just simply not true. Hopefully, if you find yourself on a weight loss journey where loose skin is a possibility, near the end of a journey where loose skin is a reality, or are just interested in the topic, this episode will help understand some of the most misunderstood facts and realities of loose skin and the possibility of surgery to follow.
