Episode 111 – Time to Come Clean
After determining Gretchen’s knowledge of any music outside of Bon Jovi and 90s Pop is nil, the episode dives right into #viewsfromthecouch. This week is a bit different with Gretchen talking about The World’s Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji. Pete was watching it when Gretchen got into it and they watched it together. Pete then comes clean about his weight gain and his struggles. Depression, weight gain, and getting near rock-bottom, it’s been a tough stretch for Pete. He feels like he is breaking out of it. If not, what will he do? We have confidence he is going to fix it and get his health back.
Finally, Pete’s Podcast Corner recommends a true-crime podcast called The Orange Tree. This one can get graphic and intense, so be warned. It is extremely well-done.
