Manage Your Chronic Disease (MY CD) Workshops

Four Guests discuss the Manage Your Chronic Disease (MY CD) workshops that will be taking place in San Juan County.  The MY CD program was developed by Stanford University and has been useful for anyone, including caregivers.  The guests discuss upcoming workshops: This week at the Bonnie Dallas Senior Center in Farmington and April 4 at the Department of Health Office.  Program guests are:
