Our guest on Gaywaves this week is Asaf Orr, senior staff attorney and Transgender Youth Project director at the National Center for Lesbian Rights.   Gaywaves has been covering the case brought by 20 state attorneys general, including Ohio's Dave Yost, seeking to overturn or severely narrow the landmark LGBTQ rights Supreme Court decision in Bostock v. Clayton County. That's the decision that expanded the definition of "sex' in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to finally include sexual orientation and gender identity.
