Yamina is an assistant head in a high school. She recently won the We Are the City Rising Star Award in Education and Academia for the amazing work she has done advocating for women Muslim leaders in education and coaching in schools. In the interview she talks about how coaching can support wellbeing in a school and how you can set up a coaching programme in your own school. Yamina is a pocket dynamo! She is a passionate educationalist and determined to make a difference in education.
