My going out routine

Today I share my tricks for going out at night. In a nutshell - First,  if I am going out to dinner I will look at the menu earlier in the day and decide what I will be ordering.  That way, when I get to the restaurant, I can spend my time engaged with friends and not with the menu.  Also, I will make a healthier choice when I am not starving and when I am sober.
