Here is a rather unique opportunity: we have captured one of comics’ most notorious (and reportedly quite grumpy) writers and are about to to pick his brain. Known for frequent collaborations with 5-star artists (and past FACTS-guests) like Eduardo Risso and Lee Bermejo, Brian Azzarello is most closely associated with crime stories that break down the genre conventions like 100 Bullets or Joker and Luthor, but he hasn’t shied away from mainstream work on familiar characters like Spider-Man (though with a decidedly underworld slant) or Wonder Woman. He enjoys riling up fandom with Doctor 13 and Before Watchmen. Probably even earlier on with Hellblazer as well. Most recently, he finished DKR III The Master Race with Frank Miller and started mashing more genres together in Moonshine. Our spotlight is shining straight into his eyes and we demand answers to all our questions.
