Pets on planes are a problem for some people. It is a problem for airlines when people try to bring their emotional support peacock on the plane. Infrastructure money is heading to the states. How much do the states need to pony up? One woman can’t stop trying to sneak on planes and another gets lippy to a flight attendant. Both are frowned upon.
