Today's episode is a recap on the habits I tracked in February, how they impacted the way I showed up for my goals, and a helpful mindset to have when habit tracking. I believe that having data and knowing where you are will help you get to where you want to go, which is why I am a big fan of finding the habits that anchor and ground you to your day and showing up for your life in a way that makes sense for your current season and circumstances.
