Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Season 4 Episode 17 "Rules of Engagement" explained. Join me as I review and recap the episode where Worf is put on trial for killing Klingon civilians in a combat situation, but the episode forgets to have a first act and then tries to make up for it with pretentious flashback scenes where the characters talk directly to the camera. All of which might have been okay if it wasn't for the fact that this is yet another misguided episode where the Klingons are the villains and they act more like Romulans or Ferengi in this episode rather than Klingons. And the lawyer's argument is ridiculous he doesn't actually have a case. Come see my first reaction as I breakdown the episode and attempt to give my in depth analysis
