Happy Thanksgiving to all! 2 things to keep top of mind today: First: Don’t abandon healthy habits.  Fill your plate with vegetables and turkey.  Skip the mashed potatoes and gravy.  Don’t have several desserts but only several bites.  Watch the alcohol.  One glass of water for every alcoholic beverage.
