hello friends. i bring you this repost of episode 339: bang feather bang with a heavy heart. the drummer/singer and heart of the band, esther lavonne lost her battle with cancer this past weekend. i had the pleasure of sitting down with esther and her bandmate chili this past december. we talked about their band and esther talked very candidly about her fight with cancer. esther showed a staggering level of courage, drive and determination with both her career and her fight with cancer. my heart, condolences and prayers go out to esther's family, friends and her musical partner, chili. peace and love, johnny
