Maddilin Emmons - Putting in the Work

Maddie Emmons, 20 years old, shares her fitness journey on the BBP podcast today. Maddie is in college and a member at CSCF. You have likely seen her in the gym working on her olympic lifts. Maddie has found a passion in the sport of weightlifting and today she shares how that passion started. She also extends an invite for you to come out and watch her compete next month or even join her in competing if that is something you are interested in. Maddie is no stranger to hard work. She was a softball player in high school when she found CrossFit. She has worked through a serious shoulder injury and come back even stronger. You will be inspired by her grit and determination.
