This weeks trending podcast features my friend & one of Australia’s leading dietitian’s Susie Burrell.
Susie is a dietitian by trade, but also holds an honour’s degree in psychology as well as a master’s degree in coaching psychology from Sydney University. Susie was the Channel 7 Sunrise dietitian for 10 years and she writes frequently for a range of publications including 9honey & Body & Soul.
We are so fortunate to have her on today’s podcast episode chatting all things marketing, label reading and healthy snacks.
On the episode, we further discuss the psychology behind eating and self-control. We talk about non-hungry eating and the night time munchies. We discuss ultra-processed foods, supermarket snacks, the nutrition information panel, nutrition claims such as organic, sugar free, low fat, no artificial sweeteners etc and how to navigate the health food aisle.
Follow Susie on Instagram here, Facebook here and see her website here.
