Carlos Adame is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Providence which is the 3rd largest not-for-profit system in the United States with more than 115,000 employees or caregivers as they like to call them and 170 years old legacy.
Carlos brings over 25 years of leadership experience in leading significant organizational change and managing all aspects of human resources at well-known organizations such as UPS, PacifiCare, United Healthcare and most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer at AltaMed Health Services.
Carlos is also an associate professor teaching graduate-level Human Resources courses at USC Bovard College.
