Judge Jackson Must Withdraw or Be Rejected

You can tell a lot about a country by how its elites treat children and those who mistreat them. So, it’s ominous that America’s identity politics-obsessed left is promoting a new, favored category: so-called “minor-attracted persons.”

This odious practice of excusing pedophiles, child-abusers and sexual predators has been brought to the fore by the Senate’s review of Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s sentencing record. Just how problematic is her consistent practice of giving, wherever possible, relatively light punishments to such convicted criminals is suggested by her failure to disclose or otherwise explain to Senators the most recent, and egregious, of these cases.   

That failure may constitute a felony offense. Either way, Judge Jackson’s extremism must be considered disqualifying for a lifetime seat on the highest court in the land. If she will not withdraw, she must be rejected.
