IN THIS WEEK’S EPISODE, I’ll share with you some quick thoughts on the BATTLEFIELD OF CHANGE and how we as humans beings tend to postpone change in an effort to stay in the comfort of our own pain.

REAL EMOTION flows at the surface. It’s raw and unfettered. When it is seen, felt, and experienced first hand, it slows you down in a moment of open and honest reflection of circumstance and your place in it. From both ends of the spectrum it can light a fire.

I hope that you’ll take the time to be present to the most impressive and earth moving emotions around you. What you’ll find is that they are pure and beautiful and leave no room for judgement, aside from managing your own actions or reactions to them.

Some times...they might even leave you in a deep place of gratitude.
