Paul is the programme leader for the MSc Strength and Conditioning at Salford. While at the University his roles have included Head of Sports Science Support for Salford City Reds Rugby League Football Club (2008-2012), co-ordination of the Strength and Conditioning for England Men's Lacrosse (2008-2012), and he currently co-ordinates the sports science support for Sale Sharks RFU as part of their partnership with the University.
