"The most important thing of any storytelling is you can't be the hero of your own stories. Nobody wants me to stand on stage for 30 minutes and talk about what a great person I am. So if anything heroic happens in my stories, generally I'm telling about someone else doing it or I'm watching someone else do the heroic act."
