Characters that Capcom may have gone too far, not far enough, or just the right amount with in Street Fighter 5’s evolving V-Shift meta

We've talked top tiers getting nerfed, we've talked lower tiers getting buffed, but this week Catalyst and I have researched a few more Street Fighter 5 characters that have particularly interesting Season 5 trajectories in front of them. Some may have been heavily over nerfed, some perhaps buffed too much, we get into all the dirty details.
