Former state senator, former Cleveland city councilor, now Progressive icon and Bernie Sanders surrogate Nina Turner has declared her candidacy for U.S. Congress in Ohio's 11th Congressional District to fill the vacancy left when Marcia Fudge joined the Biden Administration as HUD Secretary.
