How to End 2021 Well and Get Help During the Hard Holidays

Hey hey! Ok! So the holidays are here (seriously this week!) They came so fast! This episode follows the same theme from this month- getting hep through the holidays and how to end 2021 well.  Listen in and take care of yourself while you are taking care of everyone else around you!  I confess my Christmas MOM FAIL this year--and how I had to let it go.  We all over extend ourselves when we want to do so much for our families.  Sometimes it is ok to say "sorry not this year".  Listen in and release some of that crazy mom guilt we all tend to carry!
