Now that the new year has settled in and people are starting to think about longer term goals, it's time to look for an expert who can help you reach those lofty goals.
Welcome to the Just Dumb Enough Podcast. A show that acknowledges no one is always an expert, by dispelling misconceptions with real experts.
My guest today is Annie Margarita Yang. Annie was told by every professional in her life that she wasn't qualified for the job she wanted to do. But with sheer tenacity she scored the job in just seven days. Thinking it may be a a miracle, she tried to repeat the outcome and this time did it in only six days. With one more try, she got it down to just five. Now she works to help people either score their dream jobs or chase their passions with a thorough enough plan to still pay all of your bills along the way.
So many people end up settling into a job that's just good enough. It pays ok, has some benefits, and the people aren't too bad. But what about the things you always wanted to do? Your dreams and aspirations shouldn't have to die just so you can eat. That's the mindset we are aiming to fix with some tips and perspective from this nice lady who has helped so many people do it.
Sorry about the audio levels topping out in this interview. It's a whole technical problem that I couldn't solve without making our guest sound like she was speaking into a tin can. It's a single episode issue, but still a bummer to me. Anyway, Let's ignore the requirements!

So it turns out that our society is just a numbers game? Want to get into that job field really badly? 50 applications a day. Want to win an award for writing? 50 applications to different contests. Want to have a bunch of new followers online? Pay a service to subscribe people to you. It bums me out a little, but it also does a really good job at bringing objective success that much closer by showing we are all on the cusp of succeeding.
The February rankings have some updates:
1. The United States, led by New York, Oregon, and California.
2. Canada, with Quebec still leading by a little.
3. England of The United Kingdom.
4. New Zealand.
5. Australia, bumping Germany by just a couple listeners.
That's it for this week! Have a great week, a great weekend, and I'll see you all back here next week for another new episode!
Until the next episode, pretty please do all the things to help the show: rate, review, like, and subscribe.
