Live Meditations & Into Stillness Workshop Announcement

On this milestone 50th episode of 'Into Stillness' I am very excited to announce I am beginning weekly live meditations on Sundays at 9am EST and teaching an 'Into Stillness' workshop in February! I look forward to connecting with you through these live offerings.

The weekly live meditations will begin this Sunday, Feb 7th. Beginning with a Breath Awareness style of meditation. These meditation will be on a donation based structure so they are completely free but if you feel like donating to support me and the podcast then you are able to do so. Each week I will do a poll on my instagram (@braydonmackenzie) to decide which meditation we will be doing on the following Sunday. So make sure to follow me there and vote for your favourite idea. You will need at the very least a meditation cushion and I recommend a blanket and anything else you want to feel as comfortable as possible. Also something to play music on as I will be providing music each week to be played along with the guided meditation. Its not necessary of course but I feel it really enhances the experience. The 'Into Stillness' workshop is being done in partner with Taiga Yoga & Therapy Centre based out of Yellowknife, NT. It's a studio run by my friend Cora who I did one of my teacher trainings with and I couldn't be more excited to work with them. The workshop is $25 and is a 90min class focusing on functional movement, mobility and meditation. The aim being to maintain and improve whole body mobility, make seated positions more comfortable and dive deeper into your meditation practice.
